V.D.R.L. (In Titres) is a blood test used to screen for syphilis and measure the level of antibody reactivity through serial dilutions. It may be recommended when syphilis is suspected or to monitor the response to treatment over time. A reactive titre does not confirm active infection on its own and may require confirmatory testing. Results should be interpreted along with medical history and other laboratory findings.
